Dr. Mark Brown is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience leading complex investigations, tactical teams, and organizational reviews. 

Mark’s career highlights include serving as Supervisory Special Agent with ATF, Interim Police Chief, supervising and training specialized tactical teams, and collaborating with local, state, and federal partners to enhance public safety.  Mark holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University, building on dual master’s degrees in Criminal Justice, and Communication.  

Mark also serves as the owner and lead investigator of Law Enforcement Organizational Strategies, LLC, where he conducts full-scale strategic assessments for criminal justice agencies, drawing on his extensive background in federal law enforcement and tactical operations with the U.S. Department of Justice.
